Emergency guidance systems

LLL (Low Location Lighting) systems are now an established safety feature on board vessels, but can also be an attractive lighting feature. Under smoke-logged conditions, LLL-systems are an essential aid to lead passengers efficiently to safe areas. LLL-systems come in two forms; a photoluminescent guidance system in which light permanently radiates to its surroundings in case of a lighting breakdown, and also in the form of an electric powered guidance system.

We offer comprehensive LLL-systems services, from design and manufacture through to installation. For even greater emergency orientation we ensure that all bulkhead sliding doors and fire protection doors are equipped with special photoluminescent door-knob backgrounds, and photoluminescent rigid vinyl strips

All stairs and stair cases, being vital for access to assembly stations, require a General Guidance System. We are able to tailor safety and emergency directional signage to cater for any stairway location.
