Punching technology

We made our punching division state-of-the-art through the acquisition of a CNC punching centre. This punching machine has four working heads that can carry out several work processes in one step or individual sequences one after the other. T

hree heads are punching heads and the fourth machining head additionally allows us to cut threads in the same operation. We can machine up to 6 mm thick steel sheet, aluminium or also PVC with this punching centre and up to 3 mm thick VA steel without any problem.

The maximum machining surface is 2,500 x 1,200 mm. The scope of production extends from the manufacture of single pieces to small- and large-scale series.

The product range encompasses the production of front panels and operating panels, blank trim for engraving signs, moulded blanks for sign holders and tool marks, just to name a few. The design is based on your drawings or CAD data supplied by you that are entered directly into the machine.
