6. Internal processing of personal data for contacts of customers, suppliers and service providers
We process the following personal data concerning you which we obtain from you in the course of business transactions, for instance the new customer form or supplier form.

- Potentially other data concerning your employer connected with the performance of the business relationship in question such as merchant number, address details, contract details and/or payment and booking data
The purpose of processing is the fulfilment of contractual obligations (legal basis is Art. 6 (1) Sentence (1)(b) GDPR) or a legitimate interest (legal basis is Art. 6 (1) Sentence 1 (f) GDPR), for instance if this is required to assert legal claims and defend against legal disputes.
We only transfer personal data to third parties if this is required during the performance of contract, for instance to companies entrusted with the delivery of goods or the bank engaged for payment processing.
