Commercial employee (m/f/d) for the preparatory accounting department

For the next possible date we are looking in the area of safety, industrial and traffic marking for a Commercial Assistant (m/f/d) for the preparatory accounting department to strengthen our team at the Bremen location in half-time/full-time.

Your tasks:

• Preparation and account assignment in the accounts receivable and accounts payable area
• Checking, account assignment and booking of incoming invoices, travel expenses and other business cases
• Preparation and checking of outgoing invoices incl. assembly invoices
• Active cooperation and support of the financial accounting department
• General office tasks and interdepartmental communication with the adjacent interfaces

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training
• Relevant professional experience in finance
• Experience with enterprise resource planning systems, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics NAV
• Good commercial understanding as well as a high level of organizational talent
• Very good written and spoken German
• Problem solving and goal orientation, ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility
