About the role:

Marahrens USA is seeking a candidate to join our dynamic team in our Miami Lakes office. The role includes a number of various tasks and is generally a supporter of the Business Development Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Project assistance
  • Client support and communication
  • Work with HQ in Germany to manage orders
  • Processing daily orders (e.g., Amazon)
  • Send proposals and follow up on invoices
  • Packaging and inventory of standard signage
  • Assisting with organizing installation teams + their travel
  • Keeping track of office supplies

Candidate requirements:

  • Ability to work in a small team
  • Work independently with a sense of responsibility
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and German
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to keep track of multiple projects at a time
  • You must be authorized to work in the United States
