Project and Sales Assistant in sign manufacturing, Miami Lakes, USA (on-site, full-time)

We are looking for a full-time Project and Sales Assistant to join our team in Miami, USA. The candidate must be self-motivated, work in a fast-paced office environment, and be a team player.

Responsibilities and duties:

• You will support all tasks arising within the scope of projects as well as sales activities, such as preparation of quotations, order confirmations and orders
• You will also be jointly responsible for documenting projects and communicating progress to our clients
• Project coordination paperwork and follow-up
• You will always keep an eye on deadlines and budgets
• Execute online orders including delivery management, packing and dispatch
• Your tasks will be rounded off by general commercial activities

Qualifications and skills:

• 1 year working experience in similar position
• Technical understanding as well as experience in sales in the sign or maritime (cruise) industry preferred
• E-Commerce experience is preferred
• Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), experience with Quickbooks is a plus
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work in a team and sense of responsibility
• Very good verbal and written communication in English, German and/or Spanish is a plus
• You must be authorized to work in the United States
