Films / Advertising stickers

When using a films for marking a product, what is initially important is the substrate and the general climate conditions. This information yields the type of film to be used for the advertising stickers. Modern high performance films are extremely robust, maintain colour fidelity over a long period of time and pass over edges and rounded features well. There is an extensive colour palette covering all RAL colours. The film labels or advertising stickers desired are cut out of the self-adhesive film using a cutting plotter, stripped and placed on the desired product via a transfer film. This can include advertising signs, pylons, vehicles, lorry canvases, containers, windows and even parking meters and helicopters. Fantasy is the only limiting factor here.

When photograph-like motifs are needed for films or advertising stickers, then the film is printed digitally in advance. When it comes to films used on panes, there are special films available for generating a frosted glass or sandblast effect. In addition to graphic motifs, this also makes it possible to protect glassed areas from onlookers without having to compromise lighting quality. For films and advertising stickers on vehicle windows, there are special types of perforated films facilitating line of sight from the inside out without interrupting the overall impression visualised.

Moreover, modern films can even be removed after years of use without leaving a residue, which means the original product retains its value and new motifs can be placed on it over and over again.

Customers can perform simple, small-format film labels directly. When it comes to stickers passing over creases and rounded features, we recommend using our experts.

Film plotting

With an oscillating blade, the digital plotter cuts films, canvases, stencils and plastics with precision down to the millimetre.

That is why this technology is not only used for advertising, but also for manufacturing covers in the electronics industry.
