CNC Punch Operator / Machine Operator (m/f/d)

For the next possible date we are looking for a CNC Punch Operator / Machine Operator (m/f/d) to strengthen our team at the Bremen location in full time.

Your tasks:

• Punching of simple to complex sheet metal parts
• Independent set-up and adjustment of the CNC machines
• Monitoring of the automatic sequence
• Quality assurance through dimensional checks and program corrections
• Conscientious final inspection and documentation of finished parts according to drawings
• Servicing, maintenance and cleaning of the mechanical equipment
• With your know-how you contribute to the optimization of existing programs in the team and ensure a continuous improvement process in constant coordination with the department and production management.

Your profile:

• Completed technical training such as construction mechanic / skilled metal worker (m/f/d)
• Work experience in the professional field is an advantage
• Good CNC skills and manual dexterity
• Goal-oriented and precise way of working
• Quality and cost awareness
• Reliability, diligence and a structured way of working
• Good written and spoken German
• Willingness to work 2 shifts in alternating shifts
