Employee (m/f/d) for CAM programming

For the next possible date we are looking for a technical employee (m/f/d) to strengthen our team in the programming of our milling at the Bremen location in full-time.

Your tasks:

• CAM programming (BESgrav 2.5D)
• Definition of milling strategies for the production of individual and series parts
• Supporting the employees at the machines when running in the parts
• Creating production documents
• Checking requests for feasibility and materials
• Calculating customer inquiries
• Checking and creating production orders
• Adhering to target times
• Maintaining master data in the ERP system
• Optimization of production processes together with the company

Your profile:

• Completed training as a cutting machine operator / toolmaker / technician
• Several years of experience in programming (ideally BESgrav)
• Knowledge of the Eckelmann control system would be desirable
• Good experience in 3/5-axis milling
• Independence, reliability, ability to work under pressure and, of course, quality awareness
• Experience with the CAD program Inventor would be desirable
• Experience in the field of work preparation in the industrial-technical sector or similar activities desirable
• Very good communication skills, self-organization, reliability and a goal-oriented way of working are good prerequisites for integration into our team
• You are characterized by creativity and technical understanding
• Knowledge of MS Office
• Very good written and spoken German
