Key Account Manager (m/f/d) – KOPIE
We are looking for a Technical Sales Representative (m/f/d) to join our Signage division team at our Bremen site on a full-time basis, to start as soon as possible.
Your responsibilities:
Managing and developing relationships with existing key accounts
Building long-term customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities
Preparing quotations, negotiating contracts and managing projects
Conducting market and competitive analysis and devising strategic measures
Working closely and coordinating with Production, Sales, Marketing and Quality Management to ensure the optimal implementation of customer projects
Reporting and presenting results to senior management
Your profile:
Completed commercial or technical training, e.g. as a technical draughtsman or technical writer (m/f/d)
Several years’ experience in (key) account management, ideally in the printing or advertising industry
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Strategic thinking and a customer-focused approach
Good technical understanding and excellent organisational skills
Proficiency in MS Office; experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, ideally with Microsoft Dynamics NAV
Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
