Trainee Day 2024: how our new talents started

Last Friday, July 26, 2024, we hosted this year’s Trainee Day – a highlight in the annual calendar that gives new trainees a detailed insight into our company and our working environment.

A friendly welcome and introduction

Our Trainee Day began with a friendly welcome for our new trainees. Once everyone had gotten to know each other in a relaxed atmosphere, the new trainees received a comprehensive introduction to our business divisions and the various apprenticeships. Our current trainees, who are in the middle of their apprenticeships, took on the role of mentors and provided the newcomers with advice and support. They talked about their own experiences, the daily challenges and the exciting projects they are working on.

Walk through the company divisions

The introduction was followed by a walk through the company, including the production facilities. The new trainees had the opportunity to get to know various departments and take a first look behind the scenes of our production processes. This practical insight allowed them to get an idea of the different areas we work in and understand how their future tasks fit into the bigger picture.

Culinary exchange

The day came to a pleasant conclusion with a pizza dinner, to which our Managing Director, Jan-Christian Hashagen, was also invited. In a relaxed atmosphere, everyone had the opportunity to talk about their favorite music and series. Eating pizza together gave everyone the opportunity to find out more about their colleague’s interests and get to know each other better.

A promising start to the apprenticeship

We are looking forward to the time ahead with our new trainees. From August 1, 2024, they will officially start their journey with us and become part of our team.

We wish our new Apprentices a successful and exciting start to their apprenticeship and look forward to our time together!
